Having trouble logging in?
If the actual captcha box and graphics doesn't appear, simply click on the bar or box at the top of your screen that allows "unsecure" content to appear, rather than only allow "secure" content, since the captcha box is a secure feature.
Can’t access your downloads?
Before you can download your purchases, you will need to sign into our web site. As part of your order, you created a user account or one was created for you, and you should have received a separate email with instructions for signing in.
If you didn't receive these instructions, you can go to https://www.familyforum.co/user and click on the "Request new password" link, enter the email address to which this message came, and click the "E-mail new password" button. You will then be emailed a link to sign in and change your password.

After I am signed in, how do I find my downloadable products?
After you are signed in to the Leadership Education Family Builder web site, you can use the "Your Account" link in the top-right corner of every page. From there just click the "Files" tab to access all of your downloads at any time.
My computer doesn’t seem to recognize the mp3 files
Occasionally some systems do not recognize downloaded mp3 files correctly, which causes problems when trying to play them. If you experience this problem, simply download the files as usual, then rename them by adding the extension .mp3 to the end of the file name. (This happens most notably with Internet Explorer on Windows.)
